He leads the yearly Market Pulse Survey of Accenture, an online survey of over 1000 banking customers, focusing on the experience and relationship Belgian customers have with their bank.
All along his career both in Europe and North America, Adrien gained experience in building new businesses, recruiting & managing large and diverse (international) practices, and being end-to-end responsible for business development/sales and delivery of projects launching new customer experiences, products and services as well as new businesses for our clients.
